Zucchini Chocolate Cake 3 recipe

Zucchini Chocolate Cake 3 ingredients:

1 White cake mix with pudding
1 3 oz pkg black raspberry-fla
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Milk
4 Eggs
1 cup Fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cup Flaked coconut
1 cup Chopped pecans
ICING
1/2 cup butter or margarine, soft
1 lb Confectioners' sugar
4 Milk
1/2 cup Fresh or frozen blackberries
1/2 cup Flaked coconut
1/2 cup Chopped pecans

Zucchini Chocolate Cake 3 preparation:

1. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside.
2. Cream together the butter, oil, and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer at medium speed.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Blend in vanilla Extract.
5. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture, beating well after each addition.
6. Stir in zucchini.
7. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts.
8. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F. oven for 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
9. Cool in pan on rack.
10. Cut into squares and serve.
