Zucchini Cake ingredients:

1	pk	Deluxe butter recipe golden cake mix
3		Eggs
1/2	cup	butter or margarine, soft
1/2	cup	water
1	tsp.	Cinnamon
2	cup	zucchini, grated
1/2	cup	Walnuts, chopped
		Powdered sugar (opt)

Zucchini Cake preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 375~.

2. Grease a 9x13 pan. Combine cake mix, eggs, butter and cinnamon in a large bowl.

3. Beat at low speed until moistened.

4. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

5. Stir in zucchini.

6. Pour into pan; sprinkle with walnuts.

7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tested done.

8. Dust with powdered sugar.
