3	cup	zucchini, grated
3	cup	flour
1 1/4	tsp.	baking powder
1	tsp.	Baking soda
1 1/2	tsp.	Cinnamon
1	tsp.	Salt
1	cup	nuts
1	cup	Raisins

Zucchini cake 2 preparation:

1. Beat eggs until they become light yellow.

2. Add next 3 ingredients.

3. Add to egg mixture and blend well.

4. Add nuts and raisins.
