Yogurt Cake with Pumpkin Seeds recipe

Yogurt Cake with Pumpkin Seeds ingredients:

4 oz. pumpkin seeds - crushed
8 oz. butter, softened
12 oz. Sugar
2 large Eggs, beaten
1 cup Yogurt, plain
1/2 lb White flour
1 tbsp. Fresh yeast
1 x Pinch of salt

Yogurt Cake with Pumpkin Seeds preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F). Grease and line a deep 9-inch round cake pan with sulfur paper.
2. Beat together the eggs, butter and sugar.
3. Add the yogurt, flour, yeast, salt and crushed pumpkin seeds.
4. Mix very well.
5. Pour into the mold and top with some additional pumpkin seeds for garnish (if desired).
6. Bake in the oven for 40 - 50 minutes.
