X Smoked Salmon Cheesecake recipe

X Smoked Salmon Cheesecake ingredients:

1/4 cup Unsalted butter
2 cup sourdough breadcrumbs
1 cup Gruyere Cheese
1 tsp. dill
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup Onion
1 1/4 lb Cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 cup Cream
4 each Eggs
1/2 lb Smoked salmon
2 tbsp. Sour cream
2 tbsp. assorted caviar

X Smoked Salmon Cheesecake preparation:

1. Combine melted butter, breadcrumbs, half of the grated cheese, and dill-mix well.
2. Press onto bottom and up sides of a 10-inch springform pan cover and chill.
3. Heat butter in a skillet, over a medium flame.
4. Add onions.
5. Heat and stir for 4-5 minutes until softened, without browning.
6. Remove from heat, cool.
7. Combine the cream cheese, remaining gruyere cheese, salt, and cream in a mixer bowl-mix well.
8. Add the onion mixture and eggs-mix well.
9. Fold in the salmon.
10. Pour into the prepared crust.
11. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
12. Garnish with sour cream and salmon caviar.
13. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
