White Cake Supreme 2 recipe

White Cake Supreme 2 ingredients:

2 1/4 cup Cake flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/4 cup Sugar
3 Egg whites
1/2 cup Oil
3/4 cup nonfat milk
1 tsp. vanilla

White Cake Supreme 2 preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 375 °F. Sift flour, baking powder and ¾ cup sugar.
2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
3. Add remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
4. Make a well in dry ingredients.
5. Add oil, ½ cup milk and flavoring.
6. Beat 150 strokes (or 1 min. at medium speed.
7. ) Add remaining milk.
8. Beat again 150 strokes.
9. Mix 1/3 of egg mixture with batter.
10. Then fold batter into remaining egg whites.
11. Turn into 2 lightly oiled (or greased with margarine) 8-inch layer pans.
12. Bake about 30 minutes.
13. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
14. Note: Instead of using vanilla you may substitute 2 teaspoons of grated lemon rind.
