White Cake 3 ingredients:

		Squares
1	cup	bisquick
2	tbsp.	powdered sugar.
2	tbsp.	Firm butter or margarine
3/4	cup	Sugar
1/3	cup	Flaked coconut
1	tbsp.	Bisquick (additional)
2		eggs, lightly beaten
2	tbsp.	Fresh lemon juice
2	tsp.	Grated Lemon Rind
1	drop	Yellow food coloring (opt)
		GLAZE:
1/2	cup	powdered sugar.
1	tbsp.	Lemon juice

White Cake 3 preparation:

1. 1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.

2. 2. Beat butter in large mixer bowl at medium-high speed until smooth.

3. Gradual ly beat in sugar, scraping bowl occasionally with rubber spatula, until light a nd fluffy, about 5 minutes.

4. Add whites; beat 1 minute more.

5. Beat in vanilla.

6. 3. With mixer at low speed, add dry ingredients alternately with milk, beginni ng and ending with dry ingredients, until blended.

7. Proceed with Strawberries-a nd-Cream Cake recipe.
