Watermelon Cake recipe

Watermelon Cake ingredients:

1 lb Self-Rising flour
2 oz. butter
4 oz. Sugar
4 oz. Sultanas and raisins
2 Eggs
1/3 pint water

Watermelon Cake preparation:

1. Grease and flour a bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, cubed wate rmelon, gelatin powder, egg whites and oil. Beat until smooth.
2. Pour into a prep ared pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until cake tester inse rted in cake comes out clean.
3. Cool on a rack and frost with watermelon icing.
4. Icing: Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
5. Add sugar and watermelon juic e; stir until blended.
