Wanchese Crab Cakes recipe

Wanchese Crab Cakes ingredients:

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup Packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup Chopped pecans
17 oz. Canned apricot halves;
-drained
1 cup All-purpose flour
1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa
Or hershey's european style
Cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter Or margarine
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cinnamon speckled whipped

Wanchese Crab Cakes preparation:

1. In a medium bowl, mix together with fork the first 10 ingredients.
2. Form mixture into 3-inch patties; roll in cracker crumbs.
3. In a skillet or deep fat fryer, heat oil to 375 degrees F; fry patties until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with sauce of choice.
5. Makes 3 servings.
