Walnut Cake ingredients:

1 1/4	cup	flour
1/2	tsp.	Baking soda
1/4	tsp.	Salt
3/4	cup	Sugar
1/2	cup	butter
10	oz.	chocolate chips, mint flavor
1	tsp.	vanilla
2		Eggs

Walnut Cake preparation:

1. 2. Whip egg whites until they form soft peaks 3. Add yolks 1 at a time while whipping.

2. 4. Add 2 T breadcrumbs and walnuts by hand.

3. 5. butter a tube pan and sprinkle it with the rest of the breadcrumbs.

4. 6. Bake in a 350 F oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
