Wacky Cake- Mom Salinger ingredients:

1	tsp.	Salt
3	cup	flour
2	cup	Sugar
10	tsp.	Cocoa powder; heaping
2	tsp.	Baking soda
1	tsp.	Salt
1	tsp.	Baking soda
2/3	cup	Vegetable Oil
2	tbsp.	Vinegar
2	tsp.	vanilla
2	cup	water

Wacky Cake- Mom Salinger preparation:

1. Recipe by: Beverly Salinger, YMCG78A NOTE: Makes a 2-layer cake.

2. Preheat oven to 350~.

3. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl; dry in another.

4. Grease tow 9 circular cake pans.

5. Combine wet and dry slowly and mix well.

6. Pour into prepared pans.

7. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
