Wacky Cake 2 ingredients:

1 1/2	cup	unbleached all-purpose flour
1	tsp.	vanilla
1	cup	Sugar
1	tsp.	Vinegar
3	tbsp.	Cocoa
5	tbsp.	Vegetable Oil
1	tsp.	Baking soda
1	cup	Cold water
1/2	tsp.	Salt

Wacky Cake 2 preparation:

1. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.

2. Make three wells in the flour mixture.

3. In one put vanilla; in another the vinegar, and in the third the oil. Pour 1 c cold water over all and stir.

4. No need to beat.

5. Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F oven until it springs back.
