Ugly Cake ingredients:

1	box	Yellow cake mix
1	Pkg.	(8 oz.) cream cheese
1	stick	butter
1	lb	powdered sugar.

Ugly Cake preparation:

1. Mix cake mix according to package directions.

2. Pour into well greased (no flour ) 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together.

3. Spoon over cake batter.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

5. Turn out while hot and spread, scrapin g over cake.
