Tiny Chocolate Cakes and Fruit Kabobs preparation: 1. FOR KABOBS: LINE a baking sheet with waxed paper. 2. MICROWAVE morsels and vegetable shortening in a medium, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir. 3. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. 4. Dip cake pieces into chocolate mixture; shake off excess. 5. Place on prepared baking sheet; drizzle tops with additional chocolate. 6. Refrigerate until set. On skewers, alternately thread chocolate coated pieces of cake with pieces of fruit; refrigerate. 7. Serve with Strawberry Sauce. 8.
