Texas cake ingredients:

		CAKE
1	cup	Oil
1	cup	water
1/2	cup	Cocoa
2	cup	flour
1	cup	Brown sugar
1	tsp.	Baking soda
2		Eggs
1	cup	Sour milk
		ICING
1/2	cup	margarine
1/3	cup	Milk
1/4	cup	Cocoa
4	cup	powdered sugar.

Texas cake preparation:

1. Bring to a boil 1 cup oil, 1 cup water and ½ cup cocoa.

2. Mix together and add to the boiled mixture, the brown sugar, flour and soda.

3. Add in eggs and sour milk.

4. Stir well.

5. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan (10 x 15 inches).

6. Bake at 350 deg f for 20 minutes.

7. Mix together the icing ingredients.

8. Bring to a boil and pour over hot cake.
