Shar's Apple Cake ingredients:

1 1/2	cup	Oil
2	cup	Sugar
3	cup	flour
1	cup	Walnuts, chopped
2	tsp.	Cinnamon
3	cup	Apples; sliced
2	large	Eggs; beaten til frothy
2	tsp.	vanilla
1	tsp.	Salt
1	tsp.	Baking soda

Shar's Apple Cake preparation:

1. Recipe by: Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Put oil in bowl and sugar and vanilla.

2. then add apples and mix well.

3. Stir in eggs and then add flour and other dry ingredients.

4. Mix well.

5. Add nuts.

6. Put into prepared pan and bake 50-60 minutes at 350^.
