Sauerkraut Cake 2 ingredients:

1	cup	Sugar
2	cup	flour
1	tsp.	Salt
3	tbsp.	Cocoa
2	tsp.	baking powder
1	tsp.	Baking soda
1	cup	Sauerkraut
3/4	cup	water
1/3	cup	Powdered Milk
1/4	cup	Sour cream
1	tsp.	vanilla
3		Eggs
1/2	cup	-Shortening
		coconut for frosting

Sauerkraut Cake 2 preparation:

1. Combine sugar and cocoa.

2. Add dry ingredients and shortening, blending in shortening.

3. Add sauerkraut, sour cream, vanilla, eggs and water.

4. Beat about 3 minutes.

5. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.

6. Cool. Frost with chocolate frosting and sprinkle with coconut.
