1		Eggs, beaten
2	cup	Brown sugar
1	tsp.	Soda
1/2	cup	-Shortening
		Baking powder, pinch
1	cup	Sour milk

Salmon Cakes 3 preparation:

1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well.

2. Shape mixture into 4 patties.

3. Melt butter in skillet; saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated through.
