Salmon Cakes 2 ingredients:

1/2 cup regular oats
2 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup Corn meal
1/4 cup Unprocessed wheat bran
1/4 cup Toasted wheat germ
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda

Salmon Cakes 2 preparation:

1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except rolls; blend with fork.
2. Divide into four 1/3 cup portions and shape each into a 1 thick patty.
3. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium high heat.
4. Add patties and cook until well browned on both sides, 8-10 minutes.
5. Serve on rolls.
