Refrigerator Pineapple Cheesecake recipe

Refrigerator Pineapple Cheesecake ingredients:

2 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 cup Granulated sugar
2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
4 tbsp. buttermilk powder
1 cup water
2 Jars Pureed baby-food prunes
(4 1/2 oz each)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Almond flavoring
Or butter flavoring
Egg substitute
(equal to two whole eggs
1 cup water
Orange glaze; * see note

Refrigerator Pineapple Cheesecake preparation:

1. Mix crumbs, margarine, and oil; press into bottom of 8-inch springform pan and chill.
2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and cool 'til lukewarm.
3. Mix cheese and sugar in blender.
4. Slowly add gelatin and blend well.
5. Pour cheese mixture into crust and chill until firm.
6. Put pineapple, pineapple juice, water and cornstarch in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
7. Cool 15 minutes.
8. Spread over cheesecake and chill 1 hour or more.
