Red Velvet Cake 2 ingredients:

1	cup	butter
2	tsp.	Cocoa
2 1/2	cup	flour
1	tsp.	Salt; scant
1 1/2	cup	Sugar
1	tsp.	Soda
2		Eggs
1	tsp.	vanilla
1	oz.	food coloring
1	cup	buttermilk
1	tsp.	water

Red Velvet Cake 2 preparation:

1. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, and beat well; add coloring and water.

2. Sift flour, salt soda and cocoa together, and add to creamed mixture with buttermilk and vanilla.

3. Add vinegar (fold in lightly).

4. Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) cake pans.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

6. NOTE: Cream Cheese frosting is delicious on this cake.
