Raspberry cream cheese coffeecake recipe

Raspberry cream cheese coffeecake ingredients:

1/4 cup Boiling water
3/4 cup Pitted prunes
2/3 cup Oil
1 cup Sugar
2 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Eggs
1 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
chocolate fudge frosting:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup -Shortening
1/4 cup Light corn syrup
2 cup SIFTED POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Raspberry cream cheese coffeecake preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour and ¾ cup sugar.
3. Using pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs.
5. To remaining crumb mixture, add baking powder, baking soda, salt, sour cream, almond extract, and 1 egg. Blend well.
6. Spread batter over bottom and 1 ½ inches up sides of greased and floured 9 inch springform pan. Batter should be about ¼ inch thick on sides.
7. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, ¼ cup sugar, and 1 egg. Blend well.
8. Pour in batter lined pan. Spoon jam over cream cheese mixture.
9. In a small bowl, combine reserved crumbs and sliced almonds.
10. Sprinkle over jam. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
