Quick Chocolate Zucchini Picnic Cake ingredients:

1 cup Sourdough starter
1 cup Warm milk 90 to 100 f
1/3 cup MELTED margarine
1/2 cup All purpose flour, and
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour, and
1/2 cup Rolled oats;-- or
1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
2 Separated fresh eggs
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. No-salt (or salt)
1 tbsp. Salad Oil

Quick Chocolate Zucchini Picnic Cake preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, zucchini, cinnamon, and orange zest with an electric mixer on medium speed, 3 to 4 minutes, until fluffy and thoroughly blended.
2. Stir in coconut and walnuts.
3. Turn into a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Let cake cool in pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top before serving.
