Pound Cake 2 ingredients:

1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup water
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp. White vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cup Fresh peaches; sliced, Divided

Pound Cake 2 preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Prepare tube pan or two 9x5 loaf pans.
3. Beat whites with 1 cup of sugar, set aside.
4. Cream butter, work in flour.
5. Beat yolks together with remaining sugar and vanilla.
6. Stir in butter mixture.
7. Fold in whites until fully incorporated.
8. Pour into prepared pans and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
9. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
