Potato biscuit crust recipe

Potato biscuit crust ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crust-----
1 1/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. Sugar
6 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
-----FILLING-----
1 pk Lemon gelatin (3 oz)
1 1/4 cup Boiling water
1/2 cup Evaporated milk; chilled
1 1/2 cup Whipping cream
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Cottage cheese
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Sugar

Potato biscuit crust preparation:

1. Mix potatoes and water in medium bowl.
2. Let stand until water is absorbed.
3. Mix in shortening.
4. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
5. Stir in just enough milk to make a stiff dough.
6. Knead on floured surface until dough is smooth, about 10 times.
7. Pat into desired shape.
