Popcorn Cake ingredients:

1/2	cup	Chopped almonds
1	pk	Plus Yellow Cake Mix
1/2	cup	Orange juice
1/2	cup	water
1/3	cup	Oil
1/2	tsp.	Almond extract
3	x	Eggs
		Whole almonds
		GLAZE:
1/2	cup	Apricot preserves
2 1/2	tsp.	Orange juice

Popcorn Cake preparation:

1. Melt first 3 ingredients.

2. Mix until very smooth.

3. Mix corn, nuts and gumdrops together.

4. Pour melted mixture over corn mixture and quickly stir and pour into tube pan. Let cool, then slice.

5. Do not bake.

6. M M's can be substituted for the gumdrops.
