Pineapple Upside Down Cake (Micro) recipe

Pineapple Upside Down Cake (Micro) ingredients:

3/4 cup Hershey's cocoa
2/3 cup Boiling water
3/4 cup butter Or margarine
Softened
2 cup Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Eggs
2 cup Cake flour
Or 1 3/4 cups all-purpose fl our
1 1/4 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup buttermilk or sour milk
Glossy chocolate frosting:
1 1/2 cup Mini chips semi-sweet chocol
-ate
2 cup powdered sugar.
3/4 cup Dairy Sour Cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Milk
Creamy buttercream frosting: =(recipe follows)

Pineapple Upside Down Cake (Micro) preparation:

1. Combine butter and brown sugar in (8x8 inch) baking dish.
2. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on HIGH, or until butter and sugar melt.
3. Stir. Arrange pineapple and cherries in syrup.
4. Blend cake mix, pineapple juice and eggs in medium mixing bowl on low speed of electric mixer.
5. Beat on medium speed for two minutes.
6. Pour evenly over fruit.
7. Micro 8-1/2 to 10 minutes on HIGH, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
8. (Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes) Immediately invert onto serving plate and remove dish.
9. Cool.
