pineapple cream cake ingredients:

1	cup	Granulated sugar
1/2	cup	water
1	tsp.	coconut extract
1	tsp.	Imitation butter flavor
1	tsp.	Imitation rum flavor
1	tsp.	lemon extract
1	tsp.	vanilla

pineapple cream cake preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixer bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, mandarin oranges (drained!)the reserved pineapple juice, and the mayonnaise.

2. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed.

3. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Remove from oven and allow to cool thoroughly.

5. Combine whipped topping, pudding mixes and crushed pineapple; mix well and spread over the top of the cake.

6. This is a very moist cake, fruity and delicious.
