Pineapple/ Cranberry Dump Cake ingredients:

2 1/4	cup	flour
2	tsp.	baking powder
1	tsp.	Baking soda
1/2	tsp.	Salt
6	tbsp.	Cocoa powder
2	oz.	butter
1/2	tsp.	vanilla extract
1/2	cup	Sugar
1		Eggs
1	cup	buttermilk
2	oz.	Currants; plumped in warm water and drained
2	oz.	Chopped pecans

Pineapple/ Cranberry Dump Cake preparation:

1. Dump undrained pineapple in pan. Spread evenly.

2. Dump in cranberry sauce and spread.

3. Dump cake mix onto cranberry layer.

4. Spread evenly.

5. Dot butter evenly on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 48 to 53 minutes.

6. Serve warm or chilled.
