Pineapple Cake/Boiled Icing recipe

Pineapple Cake/Boiled Icing ingredients:

2	cup	Sugar
2	cup	All-purpose flour
2		Eggs
2	tsp.	Baking soda
1	tsp.	Salt
1		Can crushed pineapple
2	tsp.	vanilla
		TOPPING
1 1/2	cup	Brown sugar (packed)
6	tbsp.	butter
6	tbsp.	Milk

Pineapple Cake/Boiled Icing preparation:

1. Put all ingredients in bowl, beat 2-3 minutes.

2. Pour in greased pan 13 x 9 x 2). Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven.

3. When cake is done, bring topping mixture to boil and pour over the warm cake.

4. This makes a good moist cake and topping.

5. Topping: 1-1/2 C brown sugar 6 tablesp.
