Peanut Butter Cheesecake 2 ingredients:

CHOC. COOKIE CRUST
22 chocolate wafers
1/4 cup Butter or marg., COLD, cut into ½-inch slices
1/8 tsp. Ground cinnamon
-----FILLING-----
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
5 tbsp. Cocoa
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. Powdered instant coffee
1 tsp. Boiling water
1 cup Dairy Sour Cream

Peanut Butter Cheesecake 2 preparation:

1. To make crust; Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine in bowl.
3. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
4. Remove from oven but maintain oven temperature.
5. To make filling; Beat cream cheese, remaining 1 cup sugar, peanut butter and flour at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
6. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
7. Blend in milk; pour into crust.
8. Bake in preheated oven 55 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and cool a few minutes.
10. Loosen cake from rim of pan, but cool completely before removing rim of pan. Stir jelly until smooth; drizzle over cheesecake in lattice design.
11. Refrigerate.
