Peaches and Cream Cheesecake recipe

Peaches and Cream Cheesecake ingredients:

1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 pk (3 oz each) vanilla Pudding (not instant)
1 can (20 oz) Sliced Peaches drained (reserve syrup)
16 oz. Cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
6 tbsp. Peach syrup
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Sugar

Peaches and Cream Cheesecake preparation:

1. Combine first 6 ingredients, and beat 2 minutes at Medium speed.
2. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Arrange peaches over the top of batter.
3. Combine cheese, sugar and peach syrup.
4. Beat 2 minutes.
5. Spoon over peaches.
6. Mix cinnamon and sugar together, and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
7. Store in the refrigerator.
