Peach short cake ingredients:

1	cup	butter Or margarine
		Softened
3	cup	Sugar
2	cup	Bananas, mashed
4		Eggs; beat
3 3/4	cup	All-purpose flour
2	tsp.	Baking soda
1	cup	buttermilk
1	tsp.	vanilla extract
2	tbsp.	Bourbon or orange juice
1	cup	pecans, chopped
		Banana-nut frosting

Peach short cake preparation:

1. Line pan with peaches.

2. Mix all dessert ingredients.

3. Pour over peaches.

4. Mix syrup ingredients and pour over batter.

5. Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.

6. Serves 6 to 8 people.
