Peach Schnapps Cake * ingredients:

		*CAKE *
1	pk	Deluxe French vanilla cake mix
3		Eggs
3/4	cup	Orange juice
1/2	cup	Peach schnappes
1/3	cup	Vegetable Oil
		---GLAZE---
1/2	cup	Peach Preserves
2	tbsp.	Peach schnappes
		---OPTIONAL EXTRA TOPPING---
1	cup	Cool Whip®
2	tsp.	Peach schnappes

Peach Schnapps Cake * preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350~.

2. Grease and flour 10 bundt pan. CAKE: Combine cake mix, eggs, orange juice, peach schnapps and oil in a large bowl.

3. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

4. Pour into pan. BAke at 350~ for 45-50 minutes or until tested done.

5. Cool 10 minutes.

6. Invert on serving plate.

7. GLAZE: Combine peach preserves and peach schnapps in small bowl.

8. Brush glaze on warm cake.

9. OPTIONAL: Combine 1 cup Cool Whip with 2 tsp peach schnapps.

10. Spoon onto cake slices when served.
