Peach Cake 2 ingredients:

1 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vinegar
3 tbsp. Cocoa
5 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 cup Cold water
1/2 tsp. Salt

Peach Cake 2 preparation:

1. Reserve 1/2 cup flour to dredge peaches.
2. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix well and set aside.
3. Combine eggs, sugar, and oil, beat until smooth.
4. Add flour mixture.
5. Beat at low speed until blended-batter will be thick.
6. Dredge peaches and nuts in 1/2 cup flour and gently fold into batter.
7. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes until cake tester comes out clean.
8. Cool completely.
9. Drizzle with confectioner's sugar glaze or serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
