Passover Cheesecake ingredients:

32	oz.	Cream cheese
6		Eggs
1	cup	Sugar
		THE CRUST MIX
1	can	chocolate macaroons
4	tsp.	butter (melted)
1/2	cup	almonds

Passover Cheesecake preparation:

1. Combine cheese, eggs and sugar in food processor.

2. Shape crust mixture in a springform pan Then put in cheese mixture.

3. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. till set. Make one day ahead.

4. Can be topped with fresh fruit.
