Panfried Potato Cakes with Chinese Cabbage preparation: 1. Peel and cut potatoes into small dice. 2. Let it cook in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes. 3. Drain and puree in a food processor. 4. Slice Chinese cabbage into small 1/4 inch strips. 5. Mix together the shredded cabbage, chives, flour, egg, milk, and pureed potatoes. 6. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. 7. Form round patties. 8. Heat oil in a large, non-stick pan. Panfry the potato cakes for about 4-5 minutes per side. 9. Serve with salad. Useful options:
