Pan-fried Italian Crab Cakes recipe

Pan-fried Italian Crab Cakes ingredients:

1 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. Soft butter
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup 2% yogurt OR ūts lemon juice + 2% milk
1/3 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup bran
1 med Apples; grated
1/2 cup Raisins, soaked
1/2 cup rolled oats
DRY INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Whole-wheat flour
1/3 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt

Pan-fried Italian Crab Cakes preparation:

1. Using a small whisk, mix the flour into the milk and eggs.
2. Pass through a fine strainer to remove lumps.
3. Add the chopped parsley, paprika, italian seasoning and baking powder.
4. Add a dash of salt and pepper to give taste.
5. Add the crab meat into the batter and mix well to form cakes / patties.
6. Heat the corn oil on a frying pan using medium heat.
7. Using a small ladle, scoop and fry 3 crabmeat patties at a time.
8. Fry for two minutes on each side, until golden brown.
9. Serve with your desired or sauce.
