Pan-Fried Crab Cakes recipe

Pan-Fried Crab Cakes ingredients:

1/4 tsp. Salt
1 lb Lump crab meat
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 each Eggs
1 cup Hard boiled egg
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 cup Fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter

Pan-Fried Crab Cakes preparation:

1. Combine crab, salt, pepper, eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, and worcestershire-mix well.
2. Add just enough soft breadcrumbs to hold together.
3. Shape into small cakes.
4. Heat butter in a large skillet, over a medium flame.
5. Add crab cakes and fry until golden on both sides.
6. Drain briefly on paper towels.
7. Serve hot.
