Pancake Batter ingredients:

2	cup	Unsalted butter
3	cup	Granulated sugar
9		Eggs
4	cup	flour
1/4	tsp.	Salt
1/4	tsp.	Ground mace
1/4	cup	brandy

Pancake Batter preparation:

1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder-mix well combine eggs, milk, and melted butter-beat to mix well.

2. Add to flour mixture-mix well.

3. Cover and chill.

4. Adjust consistency with additional milk as necessary.
