Packable Chocolate Chip Cake ingredients:

		CAKE
3/4	cup	butter, softened
2	cup	Sugar
3/4	cup	Cocoa
4		Eggs yolks
1	tsp.	Baking soda
2	tbsp.	Cold water
1/2	cup	Cold coffee
1/2	cup	Kahlua
1 1/3	cup	flour
2	tbsp.	vanilla
4		Egg whites, beaten
		GLAZE:
1	cup	Confectioners' sugar
1/2	cup	Kahlua
		Whip cream

Packable Chocolate Chip Cake preparation:

1. Recipe by: Sue Klapper In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water and eggs.

2. Beat for 2 minutes.

3. Fold in chocolate chips.

4. Pour into a greased 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.

5. Cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

6. Just before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
