Omie's apple torte ingredients:

2	cup	Sugar
1/4	lb	butter
		3 ea EGGS
2	tsp.	vanilla
2	cup	flour
2	tsp.	Baking soda
2	tsp.	Cinnamon
1 1/2	cup	Chopped nuts
		3 ea Medium apples, chopped

Omie's apple torte preparation:

1. Cream sugar and butter.

2. Add eggs, one at a time.

3. Mix in the vanilla and beat well.

4. Mix flour, cinnamon, and soda and add to above mixture.

5. Add chopped nuts and apples.

6. Spread in a 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake at 350 °F for about 50 minutes.

7. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
