Northwest cheesecake supreme recipe

Northwest cheesecake supreme ingredients:

1 tsp. Salt
3 cup flour
2 cup Sugar
10 tsp. Cocoa powder; heaping
2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cup water

Northwest cheesecake supreme preparation:

1. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Bake at 325 °F. , 10 minutes.
2. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Blend in sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust.
5. Bake at 450 °F. , 10 minutes.
6. Reduce temperature to 250 °F. ; continue baking for 1 hour.
7. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before remobing rim of pan. Chill.
8. Top with pie filling just before serving.
9. Variation: substitute 1 ½ cups finely chopped nuts and 2 t sugar for graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
