No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake recipe

No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake ingredients:

6		chocolate wafers, crushed
1 1/2	cup	Light cream cheese
1	cup	Sugar
1	cup	Low-fat cottage cheese
6	tbsp.	Unsweetened cocoa
1/4	cup	flour
1/4	cup	Amaretto
1	tsp.	vanilla
1/4	tsp.	Salt
2	tbsp.	mini chocolate chips
		chocolate curls (optional)

No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake preparation:

1. Mix together crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon add margarine and blend.

2. Set aside 2 t ablespoons of mixture.

3. Line bottom of 9-inch pan wih crumbs.

4. Refrigerate.

5. Bea t cheese until fluffy, blend in milk, blend in lemon juice and vanilla.

6. Pour i nto chilled crust.

7. Sprinkle with set aside crumbs.

8. Regrigerate at least 3 hou rs before serving.

9. May be doubled and put in 9x13-inch pan.
