Never Fail Cake ingredients:

2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 cup Bourbon
1 1/2 cup Sifted all-purpose flour
Divided
2 cup pecans
1 cup Raisins, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 cup Plus 2 tablespoons sugar
3 Eggs, separated
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
Pecan halves

Never Fail Cake preparation:

1. Recipe by: Jill Good In large bowl, mix dry ingredients then add milk, eggs oil, mix well.
2. Add boiling water then add vanilla.
3. Bake in bundt or tube pan (spray with pam) at three hundred and fifty degrees for one hour.
4. run a knife around the edge of pan and let cool for 15 min. Remove from pan. Frost with chocolate frosting.
