Nancy's Fresh Apple Cake ingredients:

1	Pkg.	soft cream cheese -- (8 ounce)
1/3	cup	Sugar
1	tube	Cool Whip -- (8oz) thawed
1		ready-to-use graham craker crumb crust (6oz or 9in)

Nancy's Fresh Apple Cake preparation:

1. Beat together oil, eggs, and sugar.

2. Sift together next 5 ingredients.

3. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with apples to egg mixture; mix well.

4. Stir in pecans and half of morsels.

5. Spread batter in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining morsels.

6. Bake at 350~ for 1 hour.
