Maryland fried crab cakes (good housekeeping) ingredients:

1/2 Roll refrigerated peanut butter cookies
6 oz. Semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. margarine
1 pk Yellow cake mix
2 cup water
1/2 cup Chunky peanut butter
3 Eggs

Maryland fried crab cakes (good housekeeping) preparation:

1. Trim crust from bread, lay in flat tin or platter and pour olive oil over them.
2. Let stand 1 hour.
3. Pull apart lightly with two forks.
4. To the small bits of bread add seasonings, yolks of eggs, and crab meat.
5. Mix lightly with a fork, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and shape into about 18 cakes.
6. Brown in a hot skillet just brushed with fat. If carefully mixed, these crab cakes will be light and fluffy and of a delicate flavor.
7. Canned crab meat can of course be used.
