Marmalade Cake recipe

Marmalade Cake ingredients:

***CRUST***
1 cup Soft whole wheat bread
Crumbs
Pn Cardamom
1/4 cup Artificial Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. margarine
-----FILLING-----
1 Envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. Artificial Sugar
2/3 cup Unsweetened Grapefruit Juice
2 cup Cottage cheese
1 small Bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small Pink grapefruit
4 Fresh Strawberries (Opt)

Marmalade Cake preparation:

1. Cream margarine until soft and add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, beting well between each addition.
3. Mix in marmalade, sultanas and flour.
4. Turn into greased and bottom-lined deep 7 inch cake tin. Level the surface, and bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until a skewer comes out clean.
5. Cool for 15 minutes and turn out onto rack to cool completely.
