Lemon Cream Pie recipe

Lemon Cream Pie ingredients:

Crust
1 2/3 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
-----FILLING-----
1 cup Sugar
3 Eggs, beaten well
24 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
TOPPING
1 pint Sour cream
3 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Lemon Cream Pie preparation:

1. In a large bowl, combine lemon juice and whipped cream.
2. Add instant gelatin in cold water, stir well.
3. Heat at high for 45 seconds in the microwarve, until gelatin is dissolved.
4. Add to the whipped cream mixture, mix well.
5. Pour whipped cream mixture into the baked pie shell.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
7. Garnish with sliced fruits if desired.
