Lemon cheesecake 2 recipe

Lemon cheesecake 2 ingredients:

1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- softened
4 Eggs
1 1/2 cup (16 oz can) chocolate syrup
2 cup Confectioners' sugar
TOPPING
1/2 cup butter Or margarine
Softened
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. (to 3/4 tsp) mint extract
3 dr Green food coloring
6 tbsp. butter Or margarine
1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips

Lemon cheesecake 2 preparation:

1. Mix sugar; crumbs, and oleo.
2. Bake as for crumb crust.
3. Mix cream cheese until smooth.
4. Gradually blend in ½ cup milk until smooth and creamy.
5. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater for 1 minute.
6. Do not overbeat.
7. Pour into cooled crust.
8. Chill.
